What we do in resin

Epoxy resin flooring

Self-levelling epoxy resin forms a smooth, hard surface that resists stains, oil and household products. It is suitable for garages, cellars, workshops, commercial premises and living spaces. Gloss, satin or matt finish, in the colour of your choice.

Polyurethane resin flooring

More flexible than epoxy, polyurethane resin is more resistant to scratches and temperature changes. It is often chosen for living spaces, particularly over underfloor heating, where the substrate and system allow.

Garage resin

A bare garage slab absorbs oil, water and salt. A suitable resin protects it, makes it easy to clean and can be given an anti-slip finish.

Renovation and restoration

Old resin floor that is dull or damaged, cracked concrete slab, old covering to be overlaid: we prepare the substrate (sanding, filling cracks, primer) before applying the new resin.

Resin, tiles or parquet?

Resin offers a seamless, joint-free surface, ideal for a garage, kitchen or shop. For a warmer feel in a bedroom, parquet remains an excellent choice. For a bathroom or terrace, also compare with tiles. We advise you according to how the room is used and your budget.

Your questions about resin floors

Can resin be applied over existing tiles?

Often yes, if the tiles are stable and firmly bonded. They are sanded, the joints are filled and a bonding primer is applied. We check this with you based on your photos.

Epoxy or polyurethane: which should you choose?

Epoxy is very hard and resistant to chemicals: ideal for a garage or commercial space. Polyurethane is more flexible and more resistant to scratches and temperature changes: often preferred in homes. We advise you according to your use.

Is a resin floor slippery?

A gloss finish can be when wet. For a garage, entrance or kitchen, we offer an anti-slip finish.

How long does the room need to be cleared for?

For a typical room or garage, allow a few days, including preparation and drying. The exact duration is given in the quote.

How do you maintain a resin floor?

Sweeping and washing with a neutral cleaner is enough. Avoid abrasive products.
