Solid, engineered or laminate parquet, floating, glued or nailed depending on the subfloor and how the room is used. We prepare the floor, lay the right underlay and take care of the finishing touches: skirting boards, thresholds and transition strips.

Sanding and sealing

Is your parquet dull, scratched or stained? Sanding takes it back to bare wood, then we apply a varnish, oil or wax depending on the look you want. The result: a floor that looks new, without replacing everything.

Board repair and replacement

Boards damaged by water, creaking, open joints: we replace damaged boards and stabilise the floor.

Replacing carpet or lino

We remove the old covering, treat any adhesive residue and lay your new parquet.

Can my parquet still be sanded?

Most solid parquets and many engineered ones can be. We check the thickness of the wear layer from your photos.

Varnish or oil: which should I choose?

Varnish offers excellent protection in high-traffic rooms; oil gives a more natural look and is easy to repair. We advise you according to how you use the room.

Can parquet be laid over existing tiles?

Yes, as a floating floor, if the tiles are level and stable.

How long does a full sanding take?

For a typical apartment, allow a few days, including drying time. The exact duration is stated in the quote.
